End User License Agreement & Legal Notices

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is an agreement between you and MML Digital, operated by Marlete Maria Lima (CPF: 807.268.016-15), for the use of AcousticZen, including its audio library, integrated player and related materials (the "Software and Content"). By activating or using AcousticZen you accept this EULA.

1. License grant

Subject to payment and compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to stream and listen to the Software and Content inside your FocusForge dashboard, for your own personal productivity.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Download, rip, record, copy, extract or store the audio outside the authorized player.
• Sell, rent, share, sublicense or give others access to your account or the content.
• Use the audio in videos, podcasts, streams, public spaces, businesses or any commercial project.
• Modify, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the player or tracks.
• Bypass, disable or interfere with access controls or security features.

3. Ownership

The Software and Content are licensed, not sold. All rights, title and interest, including copyrights and trademarks (AcousticZen, FocusForge and MML Digital), remain with MML Digital or its licensors.

4. Updates

We may update the player or the track library. Updates are governed by this EULA unless accompanied by separate terms.

5. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach this EULA, receive a refund, or your FocusForge account is closed. On termination you must stop using the Software and Content.

6. Medical and safety notice

AcousticZen is a digital audio tool designed for personal productivity. It is not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. We do not provide clinical therapy or medical advice. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery. People with epilepsy or seizure disorders, heart conditions, hearing impairments, or who are pregnant should consult a physician before use. Prolonged listening at high volume can damage hearing.

7. Results disclaimer

Descriptions of the Product reflect its intended design. Concentration and productivity depend on many individual factors; we make no guarantee of specific outcomes.

8. Warranty disclaimer and liability

Except as required by applicable consumer law, the Software and Content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited as described in the Terms of Service.

9. Third-party services

Payments are processed by third-party providers subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for services we do not control.

10. Trademarks

AcousticZen, FocusForge and MML Digital names and logos are trademarks of MML Digital. Use without prior written permission is prohibited.

11. Governing law and contact
