Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of AcousticZen (the "Product"), a digital audio extension for the FocusForge web environment, offered by MML Digital, operated by Marlete Maria Lima (CPF: 807.268.016-15), Rua Wilson Teixeira, 820, Jardim Panorama, Ipatinga - MG, CEP: 35164-246, Brazil ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using the Product you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.

1. The Product

AcousticZen is a library of pre-recorded audio content — including binaural, lo-fi and ambient focus tracks — played through an integrated player inside your FocusForge dashboard. It is an add-on to FocusForge and requires an active FocusForge account to be used.

2. Eligibility and account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Information you provide at checkout must be accurate and up to date.

3. Price and payment

The AcousticZen upgrade is offered for $67.00 (USD), as shown on the offer page at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details. Taxes, currency conversion and bank fees, if any, may apply according to your payment method and location. A purchase is only considered complete once the payment provider confirms it.

4. Activation and access

After payment is confirmed, AcousticZen is activated digitally on the FocusForge account linked to your purchase email. Access remains available for as long as your FocusForge account is active and these Terms are respected, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Acceptable use

• The Product is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only (see the EULA).
• You may not download, record, copy, redistribute, resell, publicly perform or share the audio content or your access.
• You may not attempt to circumvent access controls, reverse engineer the player, or disrupt the service.

6. Health disclaimer

AcousticZen is a digital audio tool designed for personal productivity. It is not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. We do not provide clinical therapy or medical advice. Do not use the Product while driving, operating machinery or in any situation requiring full attention to your surroundings. If you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, a heart condition, hearing problems or are pregnant, consult a healthcare professional before use. Keep volume at a safe, comfortable level. Individual experiences vary and no specific result is guaranteed.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Declining or refunding AcousticZen does not affect your FocusForge subscription.

8. Intellectual property

All audio, software, names, logos and materials related to AcousticZen, FocusForge and MML Digital are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited license described in the EULA.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, add or replace tracks and features to improve the Product, without materially reducing what you purchased.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Product is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability related to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access in case of fraud, chargeback abuse or breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Product at any time.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the consumer's domicile where required by law, or otherwise to the courts of Ipatinga - MG, Brazil.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version; continued use means acceptance.
