Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases of the AcousticZen upgrade ($67.00) sold by MML Digital. It complements our Terms of Service and does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

1. Right of withdrawal (7 days)

In accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, you may withdraw from your purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of payment confirmation, without needing to give a reason, and receive a full refund of the amount paid.

2. How to request a refund

• Email support@mmldigital.site with the subject "AcousticZen Refund".
• Include the email used at checkout and, if available, your order number.
• You may also request a refund through the checkout platform's purchase management area, when available.

We confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days.

3. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may appear on your statement in one or two billing cycles, depending on your card issuer. Other methods follow the payment provider's timelines.

4. After a refund

Once a refund is processed, access to AcousticZen is removed from your FocusForge account. Your FocusForge subscription is not affected by refunding or declining AcousticZen.

5. Cancellation

AcousticZen is sold as the upgrade shown at checkout for $67.00. If any recurring charge applies to your order, as stated at checkout, you may cancel future charges at any time by emailing us or via the checkout platform; cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the period already paid. FocusForge subscriptions are managed separately under their own terms.

6. Requests after 7 days

After the withdrawal period, refunds are evaluated case by case — for example, in case of duplicate charges or technical problems preventing access that our support team cannot resolve.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we can usually resolve issues faster. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
