This Privacy Policy explains how MML Digital, operated by Marlete Maria Lima (CPF: 807.268.016-15), Rua Wilson Teixeira, 820, Jardim Panorama, Ipatinga - MG, CEP: 35164-246, Brazil ("we", "us"), processes personal data when you visit this page, purchase AcousticZen or use it inside FocusForge. We act as data controller under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018) and, where applicable, the EU/UK GDPR and U.S. state privacy laws.

1. Data we collect

• Identification and contact: name, email address, phone number (if provided) and country.
• Transaction data: product purchased, amount, date, order ID and payment status. Card data is processed directly by our payment provider and is not stored by us.
• Account and usage data: FocusForge account identifier, AcousticZen activation status, and basic usage of the player (e.g., tracks played, session times) used to deliver and improve the service.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device type, pages visited, referral and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags), collected via cookies and similar technologies.
• Support communications: messages you send to support@mmldigital.site.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive data such as health information, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

2. How and why we use data (legal bases)

• Process your purchase and activate AcousticZen — performance of a contract.
• Provide customer support, refunds and service notices — performance of a contract.
• Prevent fraud and secure the service — legitimate interest.
• Comply with tax, accounting and legal obligations — legal obligation.
• Measure and improve our pages and offers — legitimate interest or consent, where required.
• Send marketing emails about MML Digital products — consent or legitimate interest, with opt-out in every email.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Payment processors and checkout platforms that handle your transaction.
• Hosting, email delivery and analytics providers acting on our instructions.
• Public authorities, when required by law or court order.
